The music has nothing -- no quality whatsoever. Oh well.(sigh), another pair of headphones relegated to the "only in an emergency" drawer. I was looking for something that was easy to keep in my ears; I guess I should have also been looking for quality sound. I think I just took it for granted because they're from Sony. And thus, my search for good, durable, user-friendly earphones continues. I got neither with these. It could be me though; maybe I'm "earphone challenged", but I have a heck of a time getting these coordinated in my ears, they don't fit comfortably and after I do get them in, then the disappointment of listening to my music begins.
DO NOT BUY THESE. The most recent pair broke in 3 weeks (the cord bent and broke off). These are horrible. I've (stupidly) purchased three, and they've all broken.
The sound quality is very good, and I prefer these headphones over any others I have tried over the last three years of use. (I say "virtually" only because the ear hooks can get tangled with the cord when storing if you are not careful). All in all, an excellent product. I picked these headphones up some time ago and they have outlasted three personal music players. They are comfortable (even though I have small ears), lightweight, unobtrusive, and because of the rubberized cord are virtually tangle-free.
Sold as a 'sport' headphone, they last about 15 minutes of jogging until sweat starts randomly shutting them down. They fit this 30yr old male perfectly. I am considering buying a second pair to plug in half way through my run. Very disappointed considering I run between 30-40 minutes. Sound quality was fitting to price. My main reason for buying these was to use when I run.
Nuff Said. The headphones sound descent but they don't stay in your ears for running.
